OmniBazaar is a community-owned, rewards-driven, cryptocurrency-enabled, peer-to-peer, e-commerce marketplace. The OmniBazaar system includes its own built-in cryptocurrency (OmniCoin), an influencer marketing system, social messaging, reputation tracking, escrow agents, and bonuses to provide user incentives for participation and growth.

Users buy and sell directly among themselves (rather than through a middleman site like Amazon or eBay), using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies (instead of credit cards or PayPal). By using a distributed structure to eliminate the middlemen, and Bitcoin to eliminate the bankers, OmniBazaar charges users 90% lower fees than existing e-commerce sites like eBay, Alibaba and Amazon. Built-in incentives reward providers of essential services in the marketplace.

OmniBazaar will also serve the 2.5 billion "un-banked" people world-wide who cannot use existing e-commerce sites, because those sites require users to have credit cards and bank accounts.

OmniBazaar is a white-market, peer-to-peer, crytpocurrency-enabled, free-enterprise, e-commerce marketplace. We are removing the middlemen and bankers from online shopping, while redefining "free-enterprise". We expect to disrupt centralized sites like eBay and Amazon, by dramatically reducing the fees paid by online buyers and sellers. Individuals and small businesses will transact business among themselves using a free version of the OmniBazaar software to list and shop for products and services. Users will pay no fees to join the marketplace, no fees to shop or to post listings, and no monthly or annual membership fees. Some users will choose to purchase an available software upgrade to “CryptoBazaar”, a Currency Exchange Module to allow users to participate in a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.
