Argentas is about decentralizing global banking. As a powerful second generation blockchain project, Argentas helps to build new open global financial system. So we wish to give them enough time rather than to fix dates at this pre-distribution stage, which is only capped by the total amount.The pre-distribution phase, which just started, has been designed to last up to its hard cap of 100 million AXU (Argentas Exchange Unit) Tokens, which corresponds to roughly 10 million USD, with one AXU being currently valued around 10 cents (0.4 XLM). In terms of stellar lumens this is 0.4 XLM for 1 AXU, or 40 million XLM for 100 million AXU. We use the Stellar platform (only XLM accepted during the pre-distribution phase) rather than the most commonly used Ethereum platform for our token distribution. It is likely that the price at the ICO phase will be double the current level of 0.4 XLM for 1 AXU or more, which means that this pre-distribution phase is very attractive for those that make the AXU Token purchase at the early phase. 

 

This pre-distribution phase is thus set at a maximum 10% of the total token supply.We have made the token purchase very easy – easier than in many ERC-20 token projects. Basically, it is, after having accepting the T&C etc., to (1) buy some XLM, (2) activate the free stellarport.io wallet and move XLM to the wallet, and (3) buy the AXU Tokens conveniently on stellarport.io with a few clicks. This all is enabled by the intrinsic ‘decentralized exchange’ feature of the Stellar network for the verified digital assets issued on the network, which is different from Ethereum that does not offer any similar facility, making it very easy and safe for the contributors / token buyers to make a purchase.
